YourProBody Mission

I started as a group instructor and after being approached by clients, friends, and family members for personal training; I decided to become a full-time coach. Fitness and nutrition have always sparked my curiosity since I was a little girl.

Like many, my journey did not begin with a fit body, good health habits, and the highest level of confidence; but I was determined and passionate about my goal of reaching MY PRO body.

I tried every diet and workout program you can imagine. From over-eating to starving myself to prepare for a bikini competition (which I didn’t end up doing), I have seen and been through it all.

Finally, after being coached by incredible personal trainers from the age of 16, I reached my fitness and health goals. It took a lot of dedication and consistency, but I learned that there is no magic pill and that fitness is much more than just physical appearance and aesthetics.

My personal and career trial and error have helped my clients, both male, and female, save time and energy in finding what works best for their bodies.
